Absolutely. The event is completely free to attend. All you need to do is register so we can plan supplies and accurately count participants toward our world record attempt.

While we will have cleanup materials onsite, it will help us reduce waste further if you BYOB (bring your own bag). We'll also have plenty of water and beverages to ensure participants are well hydrated. We do recommend bringing a reusable water bottle and wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes.

There are several paid parking lots and street parking options near Venice Beach. We encourage walking, biking, carpooling, or rideshare whenever possible.

Yes! This is a family-friendly event. Anyone joining the official cleanup count will need to be registered and have a signed waiver on file.

Everything collected is sorted onsite, with recyclable materials separated out wherever possible before the rest is properly disposed of.

Please register online to provide contact information along with your signed waiver to confirm your participation. We need this in addition to event photography and videography to certify the Guinness World Record.

Come whenever you can between 4–8PM. That said, checking in and signing your waiver is what makes your participation count toward the record, so don't skip that step.
